Shipping policy

In-game delivery

We sell virtual items for ARC Raiders. Items are delivered directly to you in-game. No physical products are shipped and no downloadable files are provided.

Arrange your delivery

After purchasing, contact us through Discord or TikTok with your order number, ARC Raiders player ID, and selected items so we can arrange the handoff. Do not send your game password or payment-card details.

Delivery availability

We are usually available from 8 AM to around 10 PM–midnight CDT. These are our usual availability hours, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. The exact in-game handoff time is confirmed through Discord or TikTok.
